How can I contact Vurvite?

You can contact us anytime at support@vurvite.com. Our customer support team will be happy to help with any questions about your order, delivery, returns, or our products.

Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment, we mainly serve customers in the United Kingdom. If shipping is available to your location at checkout, you’ll be able to place your order as normal.

Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted fulfilment partners to ship orders directly from our supplier warehouses in the United Kingdom. This allows us to offer useful products at fair prices while keeping our store simple and efficient.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to make changes if your order has already started processing. Once your order has arrived, you can still contact us about returning it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, along with other payment options shown at checkout.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or sale events, processing may take slightly longer. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product and fulfilment location. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, although some deliveries may take longer during busy periods or due to courier delays.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@vurvite.com with your order number and we’ll look into it for you. If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll help arrange a suitable resolution.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Vurvite. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, please email us at support@vurvite.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@vurvite.com if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once your return has been received and approved, or once a cancellation has been confirmed. Refunds usually take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If your refund has been processed but hasn’t appeared yet, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider directly.
