We aim to display product information, descriptions, images, colours, sizes, and prices as accurately as possible.

However, product colours and appearance may vary depending on your device screen and settings. Product measurements may also vary slightly.

We may update, change, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods in your basket.

Your order is only accepted once we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where:

• the product is unavailable;

• there is an error in the price or product description;

• we suspect fraud or unauthorised payment;

• we are unable to deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please check your order details carefully before placing your order. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@vurvite.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has started processing.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

We are not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged separately at checkout.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be made at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website. You confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorised to use them.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer UK shipping only.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we clearly state otherwise.

We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the address you provided. If your order is lost, significantly delayed, damaged in transit, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us at support@vurvite.com so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Rights

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations work.

For most online purchases, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After telling us you want to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@vurvite.com with your order number and photos where relevant.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the platform that allows us to sell products to you, but your purchase contract is with Vurvite, not Shopify.
