Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, contact us at support@vurvite.com with your order number and reason for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Change of mind returns
For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we have agreed otherwise.
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution. In these cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care goods where hygiene seals have been opened, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and gift cards.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
UK cancellation rights
For most online purchases, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
After telling us you want to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item.
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, with tags where applicable, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
